Curriculum Requirements
The Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies offers an alternative program of study for students whose objectives are not met by the university’s current majors. The degree is especially attractive to students who are interested in designing individual programs that suit their educational and career goals or for students who wish to study a particular concentration through an interdisciplinary selection of courses.
1. 124 semester hours:
Achieve a minimum grade point average of 2.0 overall with no grade lower than a “C” in any IDS degree core or IDS concentration course. The last 30 hours must be completed at NCCU.
3. Departmental/Program Requirements:
Non-departmental requirements (must have a grade of ‘C’ or better):
