Curriculum Requirements
The minor in Military Science is a 25 credit hour program covering essential topics related to military leadership and professional development. Students who have completed this minor will have demonstrated to the ability to : plan, execute, and assess complex military operations in dynamic environments; make ethical decisions and apply risk management fundamentals; effectively communicate plans and orders via written and oral media; and apply adaptive leadership and team building theory among peers and subordinates.
1. 25 Semester Hours
Complete a minimum of 25 semester hours with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better. Students must repeat ‘D’ and ‘F’ grades in all courses.

Students must maintain status as an enrolled cadet in the NCCU Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program to be eligible to minor in Military Science.
