CIS 1100 - Business Computer Applications (2) Prerequisites: None. This course develops the student’s skills in desktop computing through the use of software in order to solve problems within an organization. The student will develop skills in basic Internet usage, word processing, and spreadsheet and presentation graphic applications in a supervised, structured laboratory environment. The focus of this course is primarily spreadsheet applications, but students will also have the opportunity to develop other application skills. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better.
