HADM 3800 - Hospitality Human Resources Management (3)

Prerequisites: HADM 1000  . The study of organizational behavior, selection and placement of personnel, supervision, performance appraisal, wage and salary administration, unionism, employee motivation, communication, and training pertaining to the establishment of an effective employee relations program.
