ARTV 2420 - UX, UI Design for the Web (3)

Pre- or Co-requisite: ARTV 2410  . This course allows students to study 1) the foundation concepts, principles, and methodologies of User Experience (UX) design and thinking, and iterative design processes and (2) foundational User (UI) design and practice in planning and prototyping compelling visual interfaces for multiple platforms- from websites to mobile settings. It includes excerises with both interface design and prototyping software, project-based learning, and critique. Six studio hours per week.
