NSCG 5940 - Concepts in Dietetics and Nutrition Practices (1)


Pre- or Co-requisite: Approval of future education model graduate director is required. This course studies core principles and practices in dietetics that will be applied in supervised experiential leaning in professional dietetic settings. Topics will focus on food science, food-service management, sanitation and safety with a review of research, education and community nutrition. This course is specific for students in the future education model graduate program.
