FOOD 4620 - Selected Topics in Nutrition (2) Corequisites: FOOD 4600 . This course will address basic mathematical skills and computation techniques in foods and nutrition, as well as prepare students for competency examination and proficiency in presentation skills. Students will be required to research and present current topics in foods and nutrition, including topics in alternative medical nutrition therapy.
