PADG 5350 - Hospital Administration (3) This course provides students with an overview of concepts and issues related to hospital management. Through the examination of management topics and healthcare situations in hospitals, the student will explore the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in this environment. Topics include hospital healthcare leadership, organizational design as it relates to the uniqueness of these organizations, managing professionals, and diversity in the workplace.
