The Nonprofit Certificate Program at North Carolina Central University permits students to pursue a certification in faith-based and philanthropic entrepreneurship with a focus on faith-based and philanthropic organizations.

The Nonprofit Certification with a focus on faith-based and philanthropic entrepreneurship provides a path for pursuing a superior education in public administration while also building a secure job future for faith-based leaders, philanthropic executives and graduate students who may be interested in Nonprofit Certification.  The Nonprofit Certification is particularly attractive in times of economic uncertainty, or when students want more options than a traditional public administration degree alone can deliver.

Admission Requirements

  1. Prospective students may apply as non-degree/visiting students.  However students that are currently enrolled in any of the NCCU graduate programs may also apply to enroll in the certification program.  The minimum requirement for admission is 3.0 GPA.  Visiting students must have  completed an undergraduate degree at an accredited university.
