I. Admission Requirements


Academic requirements for unconditional admission to the Psychology Graduate Program are:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in psychology or related major with a minimum of 30 semester hours and a major grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 (“B”) on a 4-point scale;
  2. An overall undergraduate GPA of at least 2.7; and
  3. Completion of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) within the last five years.

III. Exit Requirements


  1. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  2. Successful completion of a comprehensive written qualifying examination.
  3. Successful completion of an oral examination associated with the thesis.
