1. Admission Requirements:
Admission to the program requires the candidate to have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with at least a 2.7 undergraduate GPA, 2 letter of recommendation, and a personal interview with a member of the department. Official transcripts for all previous institutions must be submitted directly to NCCU.
2. Program Requirements:
43 Credit hours, including 5 core courses in the area of Visual Impairments, 5 courses including both Educational Technology and Assistive Technology, 1 course in Statistics,1 course in Research and a supervised internship.
3. Exit Requirements:
Candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive examination, supervised internship, and exit interview prior to graduation.
