The Fundamentals of Professional Foodservice Operations Certificate is designed to educate and train current and prospective commercial and non-commercial foodservice professionals in the basics of foodservice sanitation & safety, cost control, purchasing and kitchen management. 

Admission Requirements


  1. Applicants must have a high school diploma and should apply through Undergraduate Admissions.   Other admission criteria will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
