Digital Librarianship - Post-Master’s Certificate

The Post-Master’s Certificate in Digital Librarianship is designed to meet the growing demand for digital librarians and digital libraries. The program is intended for those who have earned a master’s degree in library and information sciences or related disciplines. It provides a solid foundation on digital information management and its related technologies, standards, practices, policies, and use for students who are seeking new careers in or who want to improve their skills and knowledge of digital archives, digital libraries, and other kinds of digital collections.

Admission Requirements
- Applicants must hold a master’s degree in library and information sciences or related disciplines. Applicants who have completed coursework in a digital librarianship concentration will not be eligible for the program. Each applicant will be reviewed at the admission stage in terms of previous coursework, education, experience, and career intentions.
