Curriculum Requirements


 

1. 128 semester hours:


Complete a minimum of 128 semester hours with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0. The last 30 hours must be completed at NCCU.

2. General Education Requirement:


Freshman and sophomore years: complete the General Education Curriculum  (GEC) Program. 

Four-Year Curriculum Plan in Family and Consumer Sciences Specialization in Foods and Nutrition with a Concentration in Institutional Management
