Overview
The Department of Physical Education and Recreation offers a Master of Science Degree in Physical Education and Recreation. Concentrations include Athletic Administration, Physical Education Licensure/Pedagogy and Adapted Physical Education, Recreation Therapy, and Recreation Management. These concentrations provide a comprehensive graduate education in Physical Education and Recreation. The program is designed to stimulate professional competence, scholarship, and independent research. The concentrations are also designed to provide advanced study in teaching, learning, curriculum development, and leadership.
