GEOG 2350 - Earth Science (3) This course is an introductory survey of earth sciences with the emphasis on the basic topics and principles of geology, oceanography, hydrology, and astronomy. Attention is given to the discussion of natural hazards such as landslides, floods, and earthquakes. During laboratory hours students conduct in depth investigation of sustainability of water resources on global and regional scales. (Two lecture and two laboratory hours per week)
