NSCG 5870 - Food Industry Fundamentals: Science, Management & Safety (3)


This course provides an in-depth exploration of food science, food service systems, the management of food service operations, food safety management, and sanitation/safety for students training for the Registered Dietitian credentialing exam. Approval of future education model graduate program director is required.
