CHMD 8200 - Advanced Nanotechnology and Nanobiotechnology (3)
The goal of this course is to develop a fundamental understanding of the applied concepts of nanotechnology relevant to biological and chemical systems that exposes PhD students to broad applications in biomaterials, medicine and energy. By the end of this course, the students will be able to understand the basics of nanomaterials and nanotechnology as well as concepts in DNA, protein and peptide nanotechnology useful for designing drugs and sensors.
