MKTG 5900 - Special Topics and Trends in Marketing (1-3) Prerequisites: MKT 5570 - Marketing Strategy . This course is designed to analyze the rapidly emerging or changing areas within marketing. The specific topic (s) could fall under one of the following categories: advertising, branding, digital marketing, product management, sales, marketing management or marketing analytics and market research, health care marketing or social media marketing & corporate social responsibility. The course could include lectures, guided readings, individualized study or team based competitions. May be repeated for credit as topics vary (3 semester credit hour maximum).
