NUTR 1000 - Food, Culture & Society (3)

This course will examine how food is universal yet highly diverse component of society and culture. Food unites people at the same time distinguishes cultures. This course will explore how various ethnicities, classes, religious and genders have developed their identities through food production, preparation and consumption.
