CRJU 4350 - Legal Aspects of Corrections (3)

Prerequisites: CRJU 2250  and CRJU 2450 . This course will analyze the role of law in corrections including substantive rights of prisoners, prisoner remedies, procedural rights of prisoners, the legal authority and responsibility of correctional agencies and the restoration of offenders’ rights.
