NSCG 5950 - Dietetics Seminar (2) This course will advance knowledge and critical thinking in all areas of dietetics including medical nutrition therapy, foodservice management, food service, and community nutrition that will be applied in a concurrent course for supervised experiential leaning in professional dietetic settings. Additional topics will include evaluation of scientific literature, cultural competence, RDN exam preparation and professional expectations in dietetics. This course is specific for students in the future education model graduate program.
