DANC 2300 - Pilates I (1)


Pilates I, is a physical approach to an increased understanding of the practical development of the individual student’s core strength and flexibility. This class will focus on the proper approach to body alignment and physicality, which aids in the prevention of injury and increased movement efficiency and effectiveness via the Pilates Method.
