CRJU 4305 - Law, Evidence and Testimony in Computer Forensics (3)

Prerequisites: COMP 2110 and COMP 2115. Provides the student with an understanding of factors related to the law, evidence and expert testimony in computer forensics. Students will demonstrate ability to understand their function with both civil and criminal cases, the burden of proof required in each, and prosecutorial and judicial duties and responsibilities.
