Business Minor

Students enrolled at the university may seek a minor in business. The total number of semester hours that must be satisfactorily completed by a student seeking a minor in business is at least 21 hours.  Students seeking the business minor are required to take ACCT 2400  and ECON 2200 . The student must take a minimum of five courses from the following list of electives (after completing the appropriate prerequisites): ACCT 2500 , ACCT 3100 ; CIS 2400 ; DSC 2010 ; ECON 2100 ; FIN 3200 ; MGT 3000 , MKT 3210 ; and the series of Professional Development courses (MGT 1100 , MGT 2110 , MGT 3110 , and MGT 4110 ). All courses included in the minor must be passed with a grade of “C” or better.
