Clinical Research Sciences Minor

Overview:


Clinical Research Sciences is a branch of health science studying safety and effectiveness of medication, device, diagnostic products and treatment regimens intended for human use. The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences has proposed a Minor in Clinical Research Sciences program to meet the increasing job market demand in clinical research. The objective of this program is to provide students major in other areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Computer Sciences,Nursing, Public Health, Psychology, or business to have another training opportunity for career development in clinical research sciences. The program offers 21 credit hours of didactic course work. Graduate of this program are expected to work in clinical research organizations or further to advance clinical research education in academic institution.
