To be eligible for this program students must have senior status (90 earned hours minimum) and an undergrad GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students will be identified in the junior year and tracked for continued eligibility.

- Complete the General Education Curriculum with minimum GPA 2.25

- Complete BIOL 1300-1610-1620 with minimum grade of C

Complete and submit Application to Upper Division Public Health Education
