Curriculum Requirements


To be eligible for this program students must have senior status (90 earned hours minimum) and an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students will be identified in the junior ear and tracked for continued eligibility. 

Social Work is only accepting six credit hours in the accelerated track when the undergraduate pathway is from a different discipline. Social Work has an approved B.S.W.- M.S.W. bridge program.

Complete lower level HEDU Courses

- HEDU 2000,2100 HEDU 2200 and HEDU 2400 with 2.5 GPA

- May not repeat lower level HEDU courses to improve grade for applying to Upper Division.

- Complete the General Education Curriculum with minimum GPA 2.25

- Complete BIOL 1300-1610-1620 with minimum grade of “C”

Complete and submit Application to Upper Division Public Health Education
