The Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree program with a concentration in Human Resource Management combines the study of business administration and management with the specialized knowledge in the human resource management discipline. Developed in the graduate are the understanding of the theory and practice of human talent management, development and retention through workforce planning, legal compliance, reward systems, equitable and fair treatment to subsequently meet organizational goals considering constituent viewpoints; economic, legal, political, technological, and social character of the business environment; and the principles and procedures that are fundamental to the successful operation of modern enterprises.
This concentration addresses current needs in human talent development and management in organizations. The concentration program will include 24 credit hours and consist of 8 courses. This concentration requires a minimum grade of “C” in each course.

Complete a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 for all course work completed at North Carolina Central University
Complete prerequisite courses with a grade of “C” or better
Complete each prescribed course of the major or concentration and departmental electives requirements with a grade of “C” or better;
