MGT 4520 - Compensation Management (3)


Prerequisites:   This course focuses on how managers can identify the core issues of compensation management and utilize them strategically to attract, retain, and motivate qualified employees to contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.  It is intended to give students both an understanding of the theories and principles underlying pay system design and substantial hands-on experience.
