HEA 5010 - Higher Education Adminstration (3)

This course will focus on learning how to have conversations about systemic oppression, power, issues of privilege, and multiple issues and being informed on the needs of various student groups on campus. This course will also serve as a venue through which students will act as both learners and teachers, requiring all participants to thinks deeply about their own positionally in relation to diversity and social justice and the extent to which they are prepared to advocate for creating more equitable environments.
